The Mission of the Rothmund-Thomson Syndrome Foundation (RTS) is to foster worldwide awareness and education about RTS and related disorders and to encourage research through support of scientists and physicians devoted to studying the clinical spectrum, molecular and cellular basis of RECQL4 and related syndromes .

EORO is a humanitarian outreach program meeting local as well as global needs. They strive to get surplus or unneeded company supplies/products into the hands of those who need them most with the purpose of avoiding waste or misuse of donations.

Direct Relief International provides medical assistance to improve the quality of life for people victimized by poverty, disaster, and civil unrest at home and throughout the world. The organization focuses on strengthening existing fragile health systems in poor areas with resources that enable the trained health workers already there to address the tremendous needs.

The primary focus of the Nora Roberts Foundation is to support Literacy. Additional areas of focus are: Children's programsArts organizations, and Humanitarian efforts, with local organizations being its priority. All organizations supported must be a registered 501(c)(3).

The objective of the Walk In My Shoes Global Project is to provide new and gently used shoes to children in developing countries. Walking without shoes on soil and rocky surfaces can result in parasite infestation, infected cuts, or other health problems.

THHG is a non-profit organization which acts as a branch of THHF. Based in Guatemala City, it functions under its own board of directors and contributes significantly to missions in Guatemala by securing logistical support, in-kind services, and funding.

Rotary is a volunteer organization of 1.2 million business and professional leaders united worldwide to provide humanitarian service and help build goodwill and peace. About 32,000 Rotary clubs in more than 200 countries and geographical areas conduct projects to address today’s challenges – including illiteracy, disease, hunger, poverty, lack of clean water, and environmental concerns – and encourage high ethical standards in all vocations.The Baltimore, Maryland club meets every Tuesday at 12:15 for lunch at the Hyatt Regency Inner Harbor, 300 S. Light Street. All are welcome. Lunch is $25 for non-members. Parking in the Hyatt garage is $5 with Rotary validation of your parking ticket. The garage may be entered from Light or Charles Streets.
