The Healing Hands Foundation will be traveling to Ecuador annually to treat the  poor and indigenous people of Ecuador.

2019 Latacunga

In June 2019, The Healing Hands Foundation (THHF) visited Latacunga, Ecuador to provide surgical and medical care for people in the central highlands. Patients traveled several hours to receive care at the Hospital General Latacunga in Latacunga. During the 3 days of service, the medical team triaged 99 patients and performed 41 surgical procedures on 25 patients ranging in age from 2 months to 52 years. The most common surgeries performed included cleft lip repairs, scar revisions, syntactically repairs and ear deformation repairs.

2018 Riobamba

THHF performed 49 surgeries in 49 patients on adult and pediatric patients ranging from 2 months old to 49 years old.  Additionally, our dental THHF Team was able to perform 569 dental procedures.  Special thanks to the dental students from the Universidad San Francisco de Quito (USFQ).  All this work was dne during a 5 day mission trip to Riobamba, Ecuador.

2017 Riobamba

THHF performed 56 surgeries in 49 patients on adult and pediatric patients ranging from 7 weeks old to 86 years old during a 5 day mission trip to Riobamba, Ecuador.

2015 Riobamba

THHF performed 37 surgeries and over 200 dental procedures on adult and pediatric patients during a 10 day mission trip to Riobamba, Ecuador.

2013 Chunchi, Ecuador

The Healing Hands Foundation visited Chunchi, Ecuador in the Spring of 2013.  The purpose of this visit was to initiate it's first ever medical/dental mission in Chunchi.

2007 Quito, Ecuador

Member of THHF visited Quito, Ecuador in the Summer of 2007.  THHF visited a couple orphanages and donated supplies.  THHF board also met with the members of the National Police Hospital in Quito.
